Who is Ti Chic best for?
Ti Chic is for moms who want stylish, quality clothing for their littles without the overwhelm of fast fashion or traditional thrifting. It’s also for busy moms who want an easier way to pass along outgrown clothes without dealing with the hassle of listing, shipping, or consignment wait times.
How often do you release new inventory?
New pieces are added regularly to our online shop. We also have online drops, in person pop-ups, and seasonal collections. We always recommend following along on social media or joining our email list so you don’t miss new arrivals.
What types of clothing do you accept?
We currently accept children’s clothing in excellent or like-new condition only. All items must be freshly laundered and free from stains, holes, excessive pilling, fading, or major signs of wear and tear. We’re looking for pieces another family would be excited to bring home and love again.
What fibers or materials do you look for?
At Ti Chic, we prioritize better-quality, more natural fibers whenever possible — including organic cotton, cotton, linen, wool, and hemp. At this time, we generally do not accept 100% polyester, acrylic, or rayon pieces unless they are outerwear items like jackets or vests.
How does the at-home buying process work?
Once your appointment is booked, you’ll have one box ready for pickup. We’ll sort through the items from our vehicle and contact you once we’ve finished reviewing everything. From there, you can decide whether or not you’d like to accept our offer — completely pressure free.
Why is there a one-box limit?
We currently limit appointments to one box per visit so we can keep the process efficient, manageable, and respectful of everyone’s time. (So yes — pick your biggest box wisely.)
How quickly will I receive an offer?
All at home appointments are completed within one hour of your scheduled visit. Once we finish sorting through your box, we’ll contact you with your offer shortly after.
What if I don’t want to accept the offer?
No problem at all. You are never obligated to accept an offer, and there’s absolutely no pressure. If you decide it’s not the right fit, we’ll simply return the box to you.
